About
People, properties, communities
Homestead Property Care LLC is an owner-managed property services company in the Austin, Texas area.
Who we are
Hendrik Burger owns and manages Homestead Property Care LLC. We started it to give Austin-area owners, investors and property managers one dependable crew for the work between tenants: clearing the unit, fixing what needs fixing, cleaning and handing it back ready to rent.
We work on a simple idea: do what we said we would do, when we said we would do it, and show you the result. That is why every turn ends with a final walk-through and photos.
What we stand for
- People. A local crew you can reach by phone or text.
- Properties. Units, grounds and common areas kept in working order.
- Communities. Serving Austin-area neighborhoods from San Marcos to Georgetown.
