What does Homestead Property Care do?
We handle make-ready and unit turns, trash-out and hauling, move-in and move-out cleaning, fence and pool gate repair, wood fence installation, pressure washing and ongoing property maintenance for rentals and other properties in the Austin area.
Where do you work?
All of Austin and the surrounding communities, from San Marcos in the south to Georgetown in the north. That includes Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, Manor, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, Bee Cave and Lakeway.
How do I get a quote?

How is pricing worked out?
We price from the condition of the property and the scope of work, and we tell you the price before we start. Hauling is quoted by the load.
Can you do a whole unit turn, not just one task?
Yes. That is what most property managers use us for: trash-out, repairs, paint touch-ups, deep clean and a final walk-through from one crew.
Do you provide photos when a job is done?
Yes. We send photos of the finished unit so you have a record for your file.
Do you work with property managers and investors?

Do you repair and build wood fences?
Yes. We repair leaning sections, rotted posts, boards and gates, handle storm damage and maintenance, and install new wood fences. In Austin some fences need a permit, and we tell you before we start if yours does.
What do you not do?
We do not take on work that requires a licensed plumber, electrician or HVAC technician beyond minor fixture-level fixes, and we do not haul hazardous materials. If you are unsure, ask and we will tell you.
